| James Vanderbeek & Christopher Reeve |
Recent graduate of Drew University, James Fiorentino has been very busy after ending his career as both a student and an athlete. Yet still an artist, James completed a portrait of his former classmate and friend James Vanderbeek for his college magazine, and he presented an original watercolor portrait of Christopher Reeve, the Drew ceremonial speaker, as a gift from the senior class. Outside the gates of Drew, James is one of the premier sports illustrators and watercolor portrait artists in the country. |

| Pepper Davis |
Pepper Davis, of the All American Girls League and honored by the Baseball Hall of Fame, has asked James to paint her portrait on the cover of her upcoming biography due this spring. Pepper's baseball career and the careers of other women of baseball have inspired the movie "A League of Their Own." Pepper herself felt that the painting captured the spirit of her life. This painting will also be turned into a giclee edition and posters. |

| Joe Torre |
With all the illustration that James does, he still finds time to create his new cartoon images (neo-expressionism) that he is planning to release in 2000. James will release this body of work developed over the past several years in a gallery in Soho, New York. James also finds time to donate artwork to many charitable organizations. Recently, James painted a striking portrait of New York Yankees manager Joe Torre that will be auctioned off by the Starlight Foundation. James raises thousands of dollars every year for charities nationwide. |

| Al Leiter and the Mets |
Fiorentino was also asked to participate in helping Al Leiter and the New York Mets launch Leiter's Landing, a charity that helps children. James created a painting of seven of the Mets, which has been turned itno limited edition lithographs signed by all seven players along with posters. There is also a contest that allows a small number of winners to receive a signed lithograph given to them by several of the players who are part of one of the most exciting teams in recent history. Money raised for this project, entitled "Art of the Game", will go to Leiter's Landing. The painting features Al Leiter, Mike Piazza, Rickey Henderson, John Olerud, John Franco, Bobby Bonilla, and Robin Ventura. |
